Before Ingesting:
Set an intention. Ask yourself: What am I calling in? What am I ready to release?
Choose your setting. Select a calm, safe, and familiar space. Avoid stressful or distracting environments.
Clear distractions. Turn off notifications. Prepare a notebook, tea, water, and grounding tools (e.g., incense, stones, blanket).
During Ritual:
Take the dose mindfully. Drop into your body.
Use breathwork, music, or silence to anchor your experience.
Stay present, don’t force insight. Allow emotion, stillness, and memory to arise naturally.
After Ritual:
Journal your experience
Go outside, stretch, or rest
Hydrate, eat nourishing food
Let integration unfold over the coming days
