Honoring the Medicine | Creating the Space

Before Ingesting:

  • Set an intention. Ask yourself: What am I calling in? What am I ready to release?

  • Choose your setting. Select a calm, safe, and familiar space. Avoid stressful or distracting environments.

  • Clear distractions. Turn off notifications. Prepare a notebook, tea, water, and grounding tools (e.g., incense, stones, blanket).

During Ritual:

  • Take the dose mindfully. Drop into your body.

  • Use breathwork, music, or silence to anchor your experience.

  • Stay present, don’t force insight. Allow emotion, stillness, and memory to arise naturally.

After Ritual:

  • Journal your experience

  • Go outside, stretch, or rest

  • Hydrate, eat nourishing food

  • Let integration unfold over the coming days
