Ritual Body Oil Guide
Anointing as Remembering
Body oiling is an ancient practice: part medicine, part prayer. It invites us to return to the skin as sacred ground. Whether used to soothe the nervous system, grieve in private, prepare for ceremony, or reclaim your body after trauma, this ritual offers a way home.
You are not just moisturizing, you are tending.
🕯️ When to Practice:
After bathing, before bed, or as a daily devotional act
During moments of anxiety, grief, or disconnection
In sync with the moon or as part of seasonal rituals
