What is Microdosing?
Microdosing is the intentional use of very small, sub-perceptual doses of psilocybin to support mental clarity, emotional balance, creativity, and spiritual insight  without hallucinations or impairment.

General Protocols:
(These are the most common cycles used by experienced practitioners)

1-On / 2-Off Cycle (Fadiman Method)

  • Dose on Day 1, then pause for Days 2 and 3

  • Repeat every third day

  • Suggested Duration: 4-6 weeks, followed by 2-4 weeks off

4-Days On / 3-Days Off (Stamets Stack Inspired)

  • Dose for 4 consecutive days, then pause for 3

  • Commonly paired with Lion’s Mane and niacin

  • Suggested Duration: 2-4 weeks, followed by at least 1 week off

Tips for Microdosing Practice:

  • Track changes in mood, energy, creativity, focus, emotional triggers, or somatic awareness

  • Avoid alcohol or heavy stimulants during cycles

  • Do not increase dose impulsively  let subtle shifts unfold

  • Honor integration: true insight often arises in the stillness between doses

  • This is not therapy, but it can be a beautiful companion to therapy, meditation, or spiritual practice

Safety Reminders:

  • Not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding

  • Do not operate vehicles or machinery while dosing

  • Do not mix with SSRIs, MAOIs, or psychiatric medication unless advised by a licensed provider

  • This is not a treatment for mental illness, always consult a trusted professional if in crisis
